Prices are in US dollars, per builder company. We are a small company and we will tell you before anything changes — not in an email you are meant to miss.

The hardest part of changing software is the move itself — getting years of customers, jobs and subs out of one system and into another, while the work carries on. So we do that part for you, and the month you spend settling in is on us.
We move your data over, free
Send us whatever you can get out of your current system — customer lists, job lists, subcontractor contacts, spreadsheet exports — and we put it into EasyJobSite for you as part of onboarding. A person does this work, so messy spreadsheets are fine. Some platforms make exporting hard; we look at what you have first and tell you plainly what we can bring across before we start.
Your first month is free
If you run your jobs on JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Houzz Pro, BuildBook or another builder platform today, your first month of EasyJobSite costs nothing. Tell us what you are switching from when you get in touch. After that it is $199 a month, or $2,149 for the year.

Twenty years of building have left it with features we do not have, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we have instead is a price you can read, a tool your subs will actually open, and a person who answers.

Pricing, answered straight
Are subcontractors really free?
Yes, and there is no plan where that changes. An extra sub login costs us about two cents a month in email and a little photo storage. Charging for it would just make builders ration who gets access, which breaks the whole point of the product.
What counts as a user?
Anyone in your company who needs to sign in — owner, project managers, office staff, bookkeeper. All of them are included at $199. Subcontractor logins are separate from that and always free.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Moving your data over and training your office are part of the price.
Is there a free trial?
We do not run a self-serve trial. What we do instead is set your company up with a couple of your real jobs in it and walk you through it, so you are judging your own work rather than a demo company. If it is not for you at that point, nothing has been signed and nothing has been charged. And if you are switching from another builder platform, your first month is free.
What does switching from another platform involve?
Less than you would think, because we do the moving. Send us what you can export from your current system — customer lists, job lists, subcontractor contacts, spreadsheets — and we bring it into EasyJobSite for you, free, as part of onboarding. It is done by a person rather than by software, so it works with whatever shape your data is in. How much comes across depends on what your current platform lets you export, and we tell you that before we start.
Who gets the first month free?
Any builder switching to EasyJobSite from another job-management platform — JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Houzz Pro, BuildBook or anything like them. Tell us what you are using when you get in touch. It works with either plan: on the yearly plan, your paid year starts after the free month.
Can I leave?
Any month, and we will send you an export of your company's data — customers, jobs, assignments, job log, messages and your files. We think being easy to leave is the reason you will stay.
How do you take payment?
Card or bank transfer. We invoice you directly — every month, or once up front on the annual plan. There is no setup fee, and nothing is charged until your company is set up and you have said yes.
Will the price go up?
Probably, one day, as the product grows. When it does you will hear it from us directly and in advance, and if you are on the yearly plan your price is fixed for those twelve months. We are not going to slip a rise past you in an email you were meant to miss — that is one of the main reasons builders are leaving the platform they are on now.
Do you charge extra for the features that are still coming?
Everything listed as coming soon on the features page is part of the same $199 when it ships. If we ever build something big enough to stand on its own, we will price it separately and tell you before it exists — it will not quietly turn up on your bill.
